OPEN TO ALL AGES AND LEVELS
Featuring Live Mariachi accompaniment by the exciting Mariachi Sol de Mi Tierra.
With three of Mariachi music's most celebrated artist as Judges including two time Latin Grammy nominated Mariachi Singer Manuel Vargas!
All contestants must choose from 20 pre-picked most popular Ranchera songs of all time, See Song list below.
GRAND PRIZE:
A one song performance of the winning song accompanied By Mariachi Sol de mi Tierra on stage at The Sixth Annual Denver Mariachi Festival Sat. Oct. 14th at The Colorado Convention Center!
TO SIGN UP: please come to La Rumba Night Club (address) the day of event Fri. Oct. 13th. Pay & sign up is from 5:00-8:00 p.m Please note: event sign up will close at 8:00 p.m sharp. Contestants performance order will be on a first come first serve basis.
Competition Rules and Regulations:
1: $25 admission fee includes a chance to audition in first round of competition. There will be NO refunds or exchanges.
2: All contestants will be judged equally for vocal ability and stage presence solely by the three present judges. Audition time each contestant will have will be determined by judges at event.
3: All ages including young children are welcomed to enter the competition, however please note that all children 18 and under must have a legal guardian present.
4: All participants must note that this is a family event absolutely no vulgar language or vulgar acts will be tolerated and is cause for immediate disqualification.
5: The Denver Mariachi Festival is not responsible for any disqualification by Judges.
